What we collect

When you sign in with LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, job title, and country from your LinkedIn profile. We store this to personalise the content we show you.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address to send you weekly digests.

We do not collect payment information, precise location data, or any information beyond what is listed above.

How we use it

Your profile data is used solely to match you with relevant AI webinars, papers, and articles on this platform. Your job function and country are used to filter and prioritise content — nothing else.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making that affects you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your data is stored in Airtable (our database provider). We use Anthropic's API to power our AI assistant — your messages are processed to generate responses but are not used to train AI models.

LinkedIn sign-in

We use LinkedIn OAuth solely to verify your identity and retrieve your professional profile. We do not post to LinkedIn, access your connections, or read anything beyond your basic profile and email address.

You can revoke our access to your LinkedIn account at any time via LinkedIn's permitted services settings.

Data retention

We keep your profile for as long as you remain registered. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the platform is used — this is anonymised and does not identify you personally.
